Guest Chef
We are very pleased to announce that July 30th - August 6th,
Chef Patrick Schultz will be guest chef at sel gris, allowing Chef Mondok to
take a very well deserved vacation.
Patrick has an impressive foilo of experience and is a 'friend of the family'
at sel gris. He recently retired his position as Executive Chef in Portland's much loved Carlyle restaurant. Patrick studied in the Loire valley in France with Jean Bardent, then located to Northern California where he worked at the Pebble Beach Resort, Oliveto, and 301 Bistro where he and Chef Mondok developed a shared passion for their craft and a lasting friendship.
